**how much can i get for a stock exhaust??**

Hello everyone,

I have a 2011 e92 m sport and I am thinking about changing out the exhaust. Have you all seen people sell their stock exhausts and if so about how much are they going for?

I wouldn't mind getting something for it...lol

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yeah, I've had my stock exhaust sitting on the floor of my garage for the last couple weeks and I'm sick of tripping on it. Not sure what it would fetch but I would be curious to know what others have gotten.

200 would be a good price if you can get that... I have seen a few sell for 150-200 in my area picked up.

Are you talking about just the exhaust, or the entire turbo back system including the downpipes, 4 cats and midpipes?

The catalytic converters are worth around $100 EACH at a metal recycling depot for the metals inside them....

As a side note, I've kept all of my exhaust components for a few reasons:

1. I may need to go back to stock to pass emissions. Highly doubt it, since my car won't be due for inspection till 2012 and I have a hardware based O2 simulator.

2. I might decided to sell it to someone who is returning a lease, selling their car and want to revert to stock.
