High performance brake pads

I want to replace my brake pads with more high performance pads to improve my braking for autocrossing. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hawk HP+ is a great autocross pad, but they're a bit too noisy for street use.

Search for the recent thread about Porterfield RS-4 pads. Seem to be highly recommended.
