I need some quick fact right now as im going to pick up some rims. I have a 07 335xi e90 . The dude selling 19x8.5 +40 front and 19x9.5 +22 rear. Will these fit my car with my car drop in the future and will i need fender roll or cutting? Also he has 275 in the rear.

Sounds like E46 M3 fitment, ET40 is a little high in the front, but will fit, and ET22 is loe in the rear, and will need rolling the fenders and 265 tires most likely.

Fronts can work but the rears are M3 fitment. You'll need to run a narrower tire with some fender work. Recommended fitment would be a 9.5 +30-35.
