Dinan Stage 1

I am looking for put dinan stage 1 on my e93 335i, so i have a question. What is the exact number of horsepower and torque am i going to get in dinan stage 1 ? Dinan official website says 360hp and 373lb-ft torque for stage 1, is it true?

Garage List
I have Stage 1 and I didn't measure the numbers. However, you will notice the difference once you're on the gas.

If you have an oil cooler, definitely go Stage 2.

I would pass on Dinan, the power/money ratio is awful. There are many flash tunes and piggy's that will give you great power and you won't have to worry about warranty because you can always take the tune off if anything major happens.

The warranty that comes with Dinan is better, but it is not a bmw warranty, it is the Dinan warranty. IMO i would rather take the chance with a tune that will give you more power and be more fun.

I have to agree with this. The numbers you see on the Dinan website are crank read outs. The numbers you see in the dynos on this site are to the wheel, don't let that confuse you.

Most people in here will tell you not to get the Dinan because of price and their conservative tune, but if that makes you feel comfortable, then go for it. From what I've read, the Dinan Stage 1 tune seems very conservative. If you have the oil cooler (which you should since you have a 2008), people seem to recommend the stage 2 if going with Dinan.

With the introduction of the Cobb accessport, its easier to get a good tune with more hp than dinan and spend about half as much. And all you have to do is plug it into your obd port and press a couple buttons. I dont have the accessport yet, but when it comes time to tune, thats the clear choice for me.
