Headlights on with Auto Wipers?

I'm looking to find the code for turning on the headlights automatically when the auto wipers are activated. Currently the car doesn't do this, but I'm assuming there must be a code for this. In Ohio it's state law that your headlights be on when your wipers are on, but I keep my headlights on auto and with the decreased sensitivity they weren't on when it was raining yesterday. Anyone know how to switch this on? It's got to be possible.

We have the same law in Missouri. I don't know if mine is just extra sensitive or not, but I've always paid attention to make sure my headlights come on and they always have automatically when I've turned my wipers on. This leads me to believe there is a setting.

When I've wanted to force my headlights on (when not using my wipers) I've always just turned on my fog lights and the headlights come on too.

if you flick the wiper stalk up once into the manual mode, the headlights come on quickly. If its just drizzling and you're on the lowest setting the headlights wont come on.
