Dual = Scammer.

He's tried to scam multiple people with his different posts selling M3 parts.

In his current threads, he pretty much deleted anything he wrote and replaced it with multiple "...." 's and spaces that go down the length of like 100 posts.

Here is his personal page, and you can find all the posts by him if you go to the Statistics tab:

http://www.m3post.com/forums/member.php?u=14809

In my own personal experience, he tried to scam me when I was in the market for new tires. He sent me a PM claiming he had 275/30/19 Michelin Pilot Sport PS2s. This is what I wrote on his iTrader:

"He PM'd me trying to sell me his 275/30/19 Michelin PS2 tires. Told me they were brand new and he had them as a second set for his M3 but he sold his car and didn't need them anymore.

I sent him $580 dollars over paypal and demanded a tracking number the day they were sent out. Gave him money on a friday. Told me they would be sent out saturday or monday by his "tech". Told me they got sent out monday, no tracking number, said I would get them by Wednesday. Then I asked him on wednesday for the number and said I would get them by the end of the week. Nothing, no tracking number or anything. He kept saying they were on his work e-mail server and he wouldn't be at work til monday.

Gave me plenty of excuses and I was really sketched out by this point (I was even wary the night I gave him my money, I should listen to my instincts). I ended up finding his e-mail in my paypal transaction and I sent him e-mails because he was taking forever to respond to my inbox messages. He responded there.

I contacted paypal asking for my options if he was a scammer because I wanted to make sure I had control over this incase it went bad. I e-mailed him telling him if I didn't get the tracking number monday I would contact people and get refunded. He told me not to worry and that I would get it. Nothing, and then he told me he wasn't going to be back at work til wedneday because he's at his "Cottage".

Complete bullshit. Anyway, I sent in a dispute, and because of this, he got really upset saying how I was stupid and then decided to give me the refund. Winner. I'm really lucky I was able to get my money back.

All in All, don't trust this guy. Apparently he just scammed someone for a few grand over 'authentic bbs' wheels. Ban this guy's IP address please."

Here is another post of someone who got scammed for 3 or 4 thousand dollars for authentic BBS wheels:

http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=456389

Steer clear of this clown.

I would be really careful nowadays when purchasing any items off of relatively new forum members with little iTrader feedback. I usually ask sellers for a picture of the items they are selling me with a piece of paper with my name on it to as least know they item is legit and the seller is willing to do things to make it easier on the buyer.

AGREED!

He will even send you pictures or fake tracking numbers (what I heard from others) and quickly respond to your email and PMs before he gets the money. Once he gets the money he sends the same story, the tracking number is at work and he'll get it to you but never does. He ignores PMs when you ask for your money back.

DUAL IS A SCAMMER! DO NOT BUY FROM HIM!

Yep scammed me and I wasn't as careful as others.

I have a dispute open with paypal now.

Tried to contact me today to try to get me to close the case and "give him more time".

Not happening.

WHAT A DICK! Probably needed money to make his penis larger. Or tuck his lemons in. He will get what's coming to him/her/it.

Was interested in an Eisenmann Race exhaust from him.
He sent me a fake picture.

I, personally, sensed something was fishy and backed out of the deal.
To help him out (not knowing that he was a scammer) I gave his thread a free bump and posted the picture of the exhaust for others to see.

He immediately deleted the picture from where it was being hosted leaving my post null.

This was pretty much when he sealed the deal as a scammer.

Was looking through my PM's and realized this scammer offered to sell me a "new set of KWV3's" that he wasn't going to use. Good thing I wasn't looking for a new set or I might have been scammed by this scumbag

Yeah, that's not the best deal.
I was offered an Eisenmann Sport for $1400 shipped.

Please don't take this the wrong way but this "sealed the deal" for me and I ended up sending him money. Luckily for me, the value was not as high as the others and I was able to get a refund.
