Radio presets lost!!!

After starting my F10 this morning, I noticed that all the FM radio and SAT radio presets I had saved were all erased! Then I noticed that under the FM setting, the saved channels were gone and replaced with other random channels. How could this have happened? Car software has not been updated and I have not changed any settings on the radio presets. Anyone else run into similiar problem?

Did you grab the other key for the car? All the presets would be linked to the key you originally programmed the car with

Did you inadvertantly change the profile setting for your key?

Yep I've done that b4 picked up my spare key and all my settings were different due to the profile on my main key
