Yup, I'm in, convinced the GF to wake up early too I think. Should be sweet, hopefully road is in halfway decent shape after the snow they have received this year.

Hopefully weather holds out, I'm gonna be pissed if I get up that early just to look at clouds.

According to the National Weather Service, there is a 50% chance of cloud cover between 6-8am which means absolutely nothing...

You weren't the only dirty car there ... My 328xi needed a wash and finally got one this afternoon. It had some Mt. Evans mud on it from Memorial Day when I took a visiting friend as far as we could go (summit lake). I had to jet early as I had other obligations back in Denver. After getting up at 3:00 this morning I am absolutely exhausted. It was cool to see, but good god was it cold and windy. I also forgot that I had removed my winter bag, so my spare gloves and other cold related gear were not with me. C'est la vie.

Haha, that was you, I was asking Zba who the other E90 was.
Got some great photos today, can't believe it was this morning that we did this, feels like another day. I will post the photos up as soon as I have some time. |

Pics of drive, especially on top, or you over slept. (Pics of your girl in PJs are an acceptable substitute.)

I went up there today with the wife and kids, no chance of Sat sunrise working for them. Nice drive and good views, nice having full xi travel also, road was quite rough in spots.
