To Martino Auto Concepts, Love Panda
This quote was taken from another thread, and it made me feel like writing the following, this is by no means of kissing ass or anything, this is how I feel, and I felt like putting it into a thread. Also don't mind my writing, kind of venting my thoughts:
Quote:
But when I walk into MAC for the first time, half a year ago, there was not one person, whether it was Joe, Derek or Jon, who did not talked to me like I was their boy/ friend for a very long time. They looked at me like I was just another customer of theirs and didn't judge me by my age or anything. In fact, they made me feel like I was at home, and not even a customer, more like one of their boys going there to bullshit w/ them. Also, if I had any questions regards to anything about a car or anything, whether it was a stupid question or not, they would always answer me with genuine feedback. I think that is a key point to their success, and that is mainly the reason why, I will NEVER bring my car anywhere else besides MAC, and only recommend to everyone to never bring their car anywhere besides MAC. Idk if you guys get what I'm trying to say in my comparison. Anyways, enough about the future of my life, what I really want to say is thank you guys, Joe, Derek, Jon and the rest of the MAC team, for treating me like I was a member of your family from the beginning. -Nick Last edited by LittleBabyPanda; 05-29-2011 at 03:28 PM.. |

The guys at MAC seem really cool when I met them at Rally to Rallye. Just wish they weren't so busy. I'm impatient and can't really have my car sit there for a week or two

And I myself must say, the guys at MAC are WAY down to earth and even I was surprised at how cool the guys are. They talk to you with respect and at the same time can turn around and be like "F*ck tha competition SON we gon' kill em!" and I wouldn't even look at them like they are crazy because they are just being REAL Thanks MAC, see you again soon

i couldnt agree more, im bringing my car to MAC next week for some body work since i got rear ended on tuesday and when i walked in i was greeted like a friend. Being 17 i usually expect to be brushed off but i got a nice welcoming when i walked in. We talked about my car for awhile and i instantly knew that MAC was going to be the shop i would get work done at. I went to 4 other body shops and i just didnt get the same vibe. All i can say is they really know how to treat customers/future customers.

I've only talked to Derek and he is really nice, only met him twice or so, because I go to school upstate, but everytime he see me, he is very kind to answer all my questions.

Great thread Panda.
I agree, I've known Joe, Derek, John and the M.A.C crew for about 2 years now. They redid my entire car in June of 2009. I've built a great relationship with them over the 2 years. Team M.A.C is awesome, 2nd to none in every aspect. They don't pre-judge. Doesn't matter if you come in with a Bentley or a Buick, you get treated the same.

LOL when I was there once, Derek showed me an Aston Martin, 2 Lamborghini's, and handful of Ferrari's, a Bentley, Range Rover, a bunch of BMW's, and then he showed me a Honda Hooptie that was pulled apart, doors glass and all, so they can give it the correct paint job it needed. No half-ass work there

I tend to think of the genius's at MAC are gods that have come down from the heavens to bless our cars with the touch of god himself. I tell my friends/family all the time my car is literally in heaven right now sitting down safely in the confines of MAC. There is no other entity on this planet I will ever trust to do anything to any of my beloved cars except for the fine gentlemen over at MAC. Derek & Joe, you guys dont have a clue how happy I am to know you guys. I appreciate everything you all do for me, you guys are the greatest. I can't wait to see my m3!!!!
