Help: Tint Ticket

any one know of a way to get out of a Tint ticket in NYS.

i received one on 5/22, i need to make a payment in a few days any way to get it dismissed or get it dropped? please help me out!

Find someone that can give you a PBA card ad not worry about tints anymore. And not those generic ones. Ones with the persons Badge number. As for this one. Plead not guilty and have a pic of the tints removed and a receipt for the removal.

sorry to say it but your gonna have to pay it...i got a tix for 2 windows last summer...ended up paying it but now I have a couple PBA cards since then no trouble

Yep, PBA card works good for minor stuff like tints and exhaust. Just dont drive like an idiot and think it will get your out lol.

trust me i know, i got 33 tickets last year. This cop took out a pocket knife and ripped a chunk of my friends tint b/c he kept getting pulled over by the same guy and he refused to take it off.

happened to one of my coworkers a few years back and mannnn she was pissed lol. she opted to have the tints on all windows removed

in NY anything that doesn't let 70% of light in the front 2 windows. Windshield you can tint 6 inches down i believe and the back you can go as dark as you want.

nice so your saying i should take pics of my whip before i get tints so lets say my PBA doesnt work i could just say i took them off even though i really do still have them on because of the before pics of the car.

BTW will my pba card work in L.I or do i need one for L.I suffold and nassau??

getting rid of the tints doesnt help the ticket. The admin judge will tell you that it doesnt matter that you took them off, when you got the ticket, you had them on. Removing them really has no bearing on the case. just please guilty and tell them you removed it so they can just make you pay the surcharge. this is some advise from friend who is highway
