Hey guys just waned to ask if anyone of you guys know if i could fight a cell phone ticket or should i just pay for it if yes how many points do i get for this ? thx

Always fight tickets...u have nothing to lose..

Use to be cell phone tickets were not insurance points but now they are..

U have points on your drivers license and then points for insurance..

Its 1 or 2 from DL and same for insurance..if u get convicted n the insurance doesnt run ur license on renewal they wont find out but if they do then ur premium will go a bit

Got one last year..get a blue tooth dude...its not worth it

ok thx , I have blue tooth on my car but broke my phone the other day i didnt bother connecting it cuz I will buy a new phone tomorrow

yes I was on the , the cop was a dick and my record is good I haven't gotten any tickets in like 3 years now .

honestly i would find out what the points are and if you can take some sort of defensive driving to get rid of the points i would do that... court = huge pain in the ass

dont have cam right now but its says . included in the total amount for each violation (except equipment ) is a mandatory $60 surcharge and $20 fee .

stop by a dmv, and proof it with lawyer, I got a redlight ticket, it states 270,
the cop said its 270, the lawyer stated it was 270, must be 270..

How much is the ticket? Sometimes with hiring a lawyer, paying court fees etc, it's not worth it.

I know there are point involved, so take into consideration how much the defensive driving course is vs how much it will be to get a lawyer and pay the court fees.

I dont think its worth getting a lawyer for this ticket , I just checked and its 2 points for this and insurance is not under my name anyway so i might just pay for it .
