Oil sensor update?

Anybody heard of the oil sensor update? I've been waiting on mine for about 3 months. :mad:

Yeah, I talked to BMWNA yesterday and they said its out. I have a date with my dealership this sat and SUPPOSEDLY they are gonna drain the oil, check to make sure the sensor is good, and then update the software. If all goes well, I'll stop gettting false oil level alerts AND get a free oil change. I will update SAT afternoon as soon as I get back from the dealer.

They reuse whats in the car in most cases.

Maybe, but I knew that so got them to agree to put fresh oil in because of the problems I also had when they put the summer sneaks back on. Negotiation, I love it!!!:rocks:
