Spray Way for Black Saphire
I had RioGrandeValley come out and detail the car about 5 weeks ago. Buffed it and sealed it with some SPECIAL spray wax, couldnt tell me what it was.
I need to wax it, i wanna get the spray kind it was so easy to put on and take off. Anyone have any good recommendations for black saphire? Also should i apply some to it? I wash it every week 2 bucket system with micro fibers and all? -Mo |

Sorry I don't know what they are using but I can outline some of the best options I know of. The Dodo Juice Red Mist Tropical Protection Detailer is a great product and you can read a great article on it here http://www.detailedimage.com/Ask-a-P...mist-tropical/.
My other favorite is the Optimum Opti-Seal & Free Yellow Foam Applicator because it's extremely durable and nothing applies faster. In short you apply a very tiny amount to your applicator and spread it very thin and you are DONE. It dries totally clear and makes any color paint look amazing. I use it not only on the paint but I use it on my glass, wheels, coated trim, headlights and more. I usually .25 - .5 ounces is all you need per coat so it lasts a long time. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Greg @ DI |

So greg which one would you recommend more for black sapphire?
Name it and I get it. I just want some sort of wax or something that just keeps the shine. Do I apply this after every wash? or once a month or what Thanks _m0 |

Prima Hydro spray wax, Optimum car wax, 1z Einszett spray wax, Sonax Speed Wax (havent tried it yet) are great spray waxes that will enhance protection and shine on your BSM. Just make sure you don't apply them in the sun or when the hood is still hot or else they will smear/smudge.

I havent heard of a spray sealant that really lasted...
I would strip the paint, then throw on something like menzerna powerlock, blackfire wet diamond, etc and then once a month use something like optimum spray wax, DJRTM, poorboys spray wax+, etc. Then, in about 6 months, polish the car and start over with the sealant Thats what I would do anyway |

The Optimum Opti-Seal & Free Yellow Foam Applicator truly lasts and it will make the paint look great. Sorry for the slow response but this is the one to get for sure!
