Washing before clay bar
After you finish washing your car, is it necessary to dry it off if you're going to clay bar it next? I don't see the point of drying if you're just going to spray clay bar lubricant on it.

true, really depending on water source. And if hes washing outside, sun, shade. he might be leaving water spots that will require more polishing then he intended on doing. Drying a car is quicker then more polishing.

do yourself a favor and do the water sheeting method after you rinse, then give it a quick dry (not a complete dry) where you get MOST of the water "bubbles" off the car. Then clay and then polish
