Nice improvement, it was your first detail so you'll keep learning a lot. I highly recommend you keep practicing on friends and family members cars as much as possible. If you leave the doors open for a long time or if you accidentally turn on a light it can easily drain the battery. Try turning the car on midway through for at least 5+ minutes in a well ventilated area to prevent a similar problem. You also may want to block out the plates when posting pics. Keep up the good work!

One more suggestion set up a new e-mail account with your businesses name, seems more professional. You can then just have that forwarded to the account you prefer. Also while you'll love your customers having them e-mail your personal account can complicate things. In the long run having a business account is great and it's free. Good luck!

Some feedback on the site. (constructive criticism to help you get more business)
1. Ditch the music, it's annoying and doesn't add anything 2. Your pictures are out of focus and for the most part overexposed. Get some high quality pictures to show off your work. A couple pics look to clearly not be yours, the e46 M3 in particular, you should only use pictures you took of your work. Under portfolio you only have one car, does that mean all the cars on the homepage weren't cars you worked on? If so that's highly misleading. 3. Your navigation is buried at the bottom of the page, make it easy for people to find what they need, not hard 4. You don't have your services listed anywhere. You should have a list of services with prices or range of prices. 5. Move off of the wix domain, you don't want to have to tell people to go to wix.com you should really buy delmardetailing.com and have the site there. |
