So.. I purchased tomtom navigation from hunter399 almost 2 months ago.

I paid $250 USD for it and he said the item is pretty much brand new.

Yes, the item is in new condition. but what it came with is only nav unit, home charger and windshield cradle.

what I expected was at least box, nav unit, cradle, home charger, and car charger.

I gave him so much time to send me the rest of items but nothing recieved so far.

did you try pm first? did he agree that the stuff you listed was part of the deal? maybe when you buy it at a retailer, it only came with the stuff that Hunter sent, maybe the other stuff are paid extras, I don't know, just pointing out the different possibilities.

it's always best to resolve matters via pm to let the seller have the chance to rectify the situation.

You should also have the USB cable, software and soft bag.

I am sure its a miscommunication/honest oversight, PM him again.

IM sure u PMed him right??
Hunter has obviusly admitted to losing the pieces u want and is going out of his way to ORDER u a new one!!! (pieces that he never used when he used the nav unit so thats why he cant find them) out of his own pocket!! I think thats pretty fair!!
And for the software im sure u can upload it right from there website!

its called downloading... hahaha uploading is when you put something into a server...

I just want to make sure that I used PM before I posted this.

we talked via pm about the situation and hunter said he will find it, he will purchase it, he will send it to me.

I sent another PM a day or two ago that i need to hear something about the stuff but no reply so far.

I really don't want to make this situation dirty at all.

I know hunter is great member and that is why I trusted him and bought the tomtom from him.

but what I recieved from hunter was disappointed.

I tried to solve the situation quitly and smoothly.

To hunter, I know you are a busy man. but I need my stuff ASAP since I paid great amount of money for the goods.

Once again, there is no offencive purpose of this thread.

I just want you to take care your future buyer nicer and quicker.
