I'd like to know how the lubrication works on the 335i's fuel pump. I want to understand the issue why the pumps fail.

I know why they fail on diesels ...

Appreciate your feedback.

official callout to a guy who probably will not give an educated answer!!

however if you use the wrong lube (personally I like KY) you might void your warranty

That being said, if you use the warming KY it might bring you up to operating temps quicker thus increasing your time getting into boost.

Great point!!! Not only do you get the lube to enhance performance, you get nice and warm even faster so you dont have to wait to get it up. (boost)

I havent had a problem with it being stick when i use the right Lube on my pump.
