Service: Peter Pan BMW or SF BMW?

Fellow Northern California BMW owners...

Luckily my Moupe came with a CPO warranty, and there are some small things I want to get checked out/repaired by the dealer (driver side window no longer does auto up, loud ticking noise coming from the engine) and was wondering if anyone had experience with the service department of either Peter Pan or SF BMW.

Let me know, SF BMW is crazy close to my work and home, but Peter Pan isn't too far either.

Also, for anyone with CPO, do you know if those lame cupholders are covered? Passenger side stopped working.

Thanks,
Gernard

Hey Gernard, I've no personal experience with SF stealershits, but you should be fine with either of those. They're decently well-known.

I've only been to BMW of Mountain View, BMW of Fremont, and Stevens Creek BMW.

All of them have somewhat been disappointing in one way or other, but BMW of Fremont has by far been the best

Cupholders should be covered

Thanks man, I actually stopped by SF BMW cause it was so close but didn't get a good vibe from the SA I spoke to. A friend of mine had good experiences with someone over at Peter Pan so I made an appointment next week to drop in there. Hopefully it goes well...

By the way, SF BMW said the cupholders weren't covered...we'll see what Peter Pan says

oh wow, that's pretty gay then, if even cupholders aren't covered
What'll they come up with next? Eventually, absolutely NOTHING will be covered

Well at least the cupholder(s) should be cheap, <$100 for the parts. Can be DIY'd easily.

Update: just got the car back from Peter Pan BMW, worked with Oliver in the service department and he is a top notch guy! He was very honest and worked hard with his team to resolve all my issues and had answers to all my questions! I highly recommend him if you need to get service done in the bay area.

On a side note...found out I needed a new battery and belts...just finished replacing the battery a few hours ago and hopefully I'll have the belts done before dyno day!
