Best Product for Plastic/Rubber Trim around Windows
So Two part question as I couldn't find the answer searching:
1) What do you guys use to give the plastic & rubber trims around the door/windows a nice solid black finish and to protect it? 2) how do you apply it exactly? I purchased Meguiar's Trim protectant stuff, and it was a cream so it went on the paint and some in the windows when trying to apply, pain in the ass to apply, then it didn't go on evenly even after buffing excess out after a few mins.... Suggestions? |

If you want to restore the dark appearance I'd suggest the TUF SHINE Black Restore Kit or the Einszett 1Z Gummi Pflege Stift Rubber Care Stick. For regular UV protection and a dark finish the 303 Aerospace Protectant is one of my favorites and it's on sale through July.
