Is it possible to code the LED Tail lights w the Bavarian Technic diag cable?

Hey all. I'm located in Milwaukee and have a set of new 2011 LED tails. The nearest programmer I have found (nice guy btw) is in Chicago. I have the Bav Technic cable and am wondering if I can do it myself?

Or does anyone here locally have the capabilities to do it? Would prefer not to have to drive to Chicago.
