Spare Tire for 328i Coupe

Where is the best place to get a Spare Tire kit shipped to Canada for a 2007 328i Coupe (E92)? I've heard about Tischer and BavAuto kits, but are there any better Canadian options? The dealer wants $487.50, but I'm not sure if that is just for the wheel/tire or for an entire kit.

I just put one in my trunk and I bought an 18" wheel from tirerack.com and then used one of my RFTs that I was replacing to wrap it. The wheel cost me $99 and now I have a full size spare that I can do full highway speeds on if I get a flat. If you aren't replacing your RFTs you can just buy the cheapest tire from tirerack that meets your specs. Doesn't have to be pretty or high quality IMO.
