Car looks decent, except for this one part...need advice
The rear grill looks like crap. Does anyone know how to take this part out? I feel as if I can get it off the back, I could really scrub it good (plus clean the painted part where I see all that dirt in the crevices).
I see there are some clips, and I can get a couple of them loose...but there's got to be some trick to this. It seems like if I apply more pressure, I'll break it. Any ideas?

Matte black body grilles
Clean the grille with a limonene (citrus) based cleaner (P21S Total Auto Wax)a bottle cleaning brush is ideal for getting in-between the openings. Most waxes will leave a white stained look to them. Collinite Insulator Wax will not stain rubber or vinyl. Wash grille with diluted car wash concentrate and then use Iz einszett 'Plastik-Reiniger'. Autoglym Rubber/Vinyl restores the matte black finish and solves the problem of "grey bloom" or sun fade. Then use an ultra violet protection product (Iz Cockpit Premium) to avoid fading (See also ValuGuard ColorGard |
