Which tyre mobility kit to buy?

Hy guys,

Got some new Rims for my car (pictures up soon) and now running on non runflats.

So anyone can recommend me which tyre mobility kit to buy, had a look at eBay and BMWs own one is available at £50 and continentals kit is £30 buy it now. Any differences and any others I should look at?

Cheers and be safe with the rioters around

Generally, they will all be similar BUT make sure you go for one with larger capacity fluid. There are plenty on fleabay that are from a Fiesta - get the larger model to fit Mundane-o or S-Max. I have a "Fiesta" kit for the Good Lady's SEAT, and I have a Conti kit for the BMW (as well as a chocolate button spare in the 5er). Make sure the fluid is in date - they do expire, although what the fluid does, or does not do, when it's out of date I don't know.

Thanks Mike, I have noticed the fluids have expiry dates so will look for one which is the latest.

Btw How much should I be looking to pay for one?

I got my Conti kit back in April, but I don't think I paid more than £30 for it (probably a lot less knowing me!). It's more than 90 days ago, so it doesn't show in my eBay account, and the seller hasn't any more for sale at the moment.
As I wasn't desperate, I did hang on and was outbid a few times before "winning", so it took me a couple of weeks to get the kit.

Conti kit was £25 eBay for me Zaheer.

You can buy new fluid packs for about £18 IIRC.

Thanks guys, I've kept my eye on them, noticed that the 7 series kits include a huge bottle of fluid :-)..

Any of you ever used one ? How are they?
