Wheel & Tire size help

Will these wheels off of a e92 fit a 325xi with this offset?

19 x 8.5 ET40 in the Front
19 x 10 ET38 in the rear

With the XI I would have to run a 35F/30R setup?

do e92 xi's have different offsets from regular e92's? if not, that setup should fit fine with the right tires (235/35 front and 265/30 rear)

What year? From what I understand a 10 inch rear won't fit an lci without fender work.
