BMW does not supply a spare tire. From your "drives" it looks like you got a used e91 (2006), and whoever owned your car before probably put non-runflats on the car. An e91, new, would normally come with run-flats and thus their reasoning why not to include a spare tire to save some space.

And unless you are planning to replace your current tires with RFTs, I recommend carrying a "mobility kit" consisting of a small 12 volt compressor, plug kit, and (perhaps) some sealant.

keep in mind that a lot of those "fix a flat" sealant crap screws up the TPS sensors if you use it... usually plan on pulling those and cleaning/replacing them.
