Rear should be 30-35 too.

Is you e90 a lci or pre-lci?

Front fitment will work, but unfortunately not the rear. You'll need a fitment between a 9.5 +40-45 to safely run a 265 or wider tire.

40-45mm on 9.5 rear... huh?? im running 30mm off set on a 9.5 rear with 265s on h&r race with no rubbing!!!! I think my set up is conservative on 06 e90 and if roll my fenders i could go out to 25mm offset easily.

LCI is different......Can't run as an aggressive offset compared to the pre-LCI

Yes, but over +40 is a high offset on a LCI.

OP is trying to run 265s in the rear, that's probably why the high offset.....If he were to do 255, then probably will get away with +30-35 offset.

lci only has an 8mm wider track per side so just take that off of what you would normally be.

i have a +31 19x9.5 on the rear of a pre lci an could easily squeeze out another 8mm on it especially with a 265! i have a friend with a +35 on his lci with a 275 and still has plenty of room! i say you could easily rock a +30 on a 265 on an LCI

Also depends on the tire - some run wider than others.

Ditto. Depending on manufacturers, some may run wider then others as well as rounded/square side walls. Toyo T1R's and Falken FK452's due great in minimal clearance situations due to the rounded sidewall.
