E90 LCI fitment 20x9 and 20x10

Hey guys, question about wheel fitment.

I found some M6 replicas and i love the wheels.

The fronts are 20x9 ET 20

The rears are 20x10 ET 35

What tires can I run and still make them fit. I understand they will not be like factory but I would like minimal rubbing, is it even possible?

20s look terrible on a car like this. They even look oversized on an M3.

Stay classy and stick with 19".

I don't think the M6 wheels look good at all anyway.

(you should agree with me, because Im right)

Front is aggressive. From my knowledge and reading for a E92 9"(+25) in the front is flushed and 10"(+25) in the rear is flushed (thanks Tee). So 20x9(+20) can fit and it would extend 5mm past the fender, so you would need to run no bigger then a 235/30 tire, maybe even a 225/30 tire (to be on the safe side) and you would need a little negative camber (if your car is already lowered then the natural negative camber from being lowered should take care of that) As for the for the rear you can do a 265/25 or 275/25 series tire.

I am not an expert, the specs you gave are out of the recommended wheel/tire specs. I've been inquiring a lot about fitment to different ones on this forum and this information is based off of what I've learned over the last month or so of asking questions.

Hope this helps and works out.

Thats what I figured. I am going to post pics of how it sits now with 245/40 and 255/40 so people know how bad fitment can be. They were sitting at the house so I threw them on just to see.

Thanks guys.

Yeah, stay classy like everyone else and run 19s. 20s look like a tractor...oh wait, I run 20s because I don't care what anyone else thinks. I like my wheels and how they look on my e90.
