Gary - One question, do I get the $50 if I order before 9/30 or does my order need to ship before 9/30?

I'm looking to order a set of ASA GT5's but the silver ones are out of stock until 10/3 - person I spoke with on the phone said that since the rims are not in stock until after 9/30, I wouldn't be charged for my order and therefore not get the $50 card...is this true...I'm ready to order if you tell me the gift card applies.

what are the "cheapest" or "best value" snow tires?

I don't need anything special, just a decent winter tire that isn't going to blowup or shred in one winter's use.

This will depend on size, but for most sizes that would be the General Altimax Arctic.
