will it rub?
will a 235/35/19 wheel size 9.0 19"
and a 265/30/19 wheel size 10.0 19" with H&R Race Springs Rub? offset is 35 front, 38 rear

No you are good, even with meaty tires like PSS. You can probably get away with 10mm spacers in the front/back depending on the tires used.

Front and rears will be perfectly fine with 235/265 tires. You can push the fronts out about another 5mm safely if you would like.
