Exclamation Need help hunting down a high speed vibration!

I started noticing a vibration a few hundred miles back and need help finding out the cause.

Details:

- Occurs over about 65 MPH
- Does NOT shake the steering wheel. Feels like it shakes the whole car
- Does NOT occur when braking
- No audible sound associated with the vibration
- I thought it occurred more under acceleration but today I am not so sure about that claim
- I am sitting on Avant Garde 19s with Hankook V12s
- One rim has a very slight bend. You wouldn't be able to see this unless I pointed it out. Rim has been like that long before I started noticing this vibration issue.
- Right rear wheel (19 x 11) has 5.5 OZ of weight on it, opposite the TPMS. The other wheels have around 2-3 OZ of weights.
- Lowered on Eibach springs and performance dampers around 5k miles ago
- Last alignment was 5k miles ago

Steps Taken to Correct the Issue
- Road force balance 100 miles ago did not seem to help. The wheels were off as much as 3/4 oz in some corners though.

Steps I will take to further solve the issue
- Alignment this weekend (Will this honestly help?)
- Replace the transmission mounts (based on a previous e90 thread)
- Maybe swap rims and tires with another car?

What else can I do? It's starting to drive me nuts!

Looks normal to me. I hope the place I had everything balanced at last week would have said something if there was an issue.

This kinda vibration can only be felt at certain speed.
If you go quite slower or quite faster you wont feel it, correct?
if so, it's gotta be the bent wheel.

Not totally. Faster than 65mph, anywhere in that range, will make the car vibrate.

Can a bent rim be fixed well enough to the point where this issue would go away?

I'm not sure how many process of fixing a bent wheel there are
the 1 I know is the damaged area will be heated, then banged it out, then grinded/milded away any imperfection. Then the wheel is balanced. Done.
Knowing that, I wouldnt get a bent wheel fixed especially it's an affordable cast wheel.

Try swapping back to your OE wheel/tire setup to see if the problem still occurs and you can go from there.

So, did you do or not do balancing? I'm just confused with your post saying they were off by 3/4 oz.

That's a lot to be off, enough to cause vibration.

I did balance them 100 miles ago. They were off. The balance job did not improve the vibration though.

Got it. Then, if visually everything seems normal, I'd start with wheel swapping.

I recently had vibration on my e36, but it was fixed with simple front balancing.

Good luck with finding what's causing it. Hopefully it's an easy fix.
