Quick TPMS question

Had a 2010 M3 and bought TPMS to go with my winter setup.
M3 is gone.
Still have the winter setup, although it might be too big for my 335 LCI as the tires are 235/40 and 255/40, but going to try it out as they're Mich Pilot Alpins and hate to start over.

My question is, which TPMS sensor do I need for an 09 LCI 335I built 05/2009?

I know the sensors changed, but do I use the older sensor, or the newer one I had to get for my MY 2010 M3?

tpms

It's my understanding they changed in 2010 so then you will the older ones.

Correct, use the sensors from 07-09 for a 2009 model.

Before this change, I would double check wheel/tire fitment. M3 front/rear fitment is quite aggressive and the tires are taller, so this may pose a problem.

Hi, my M3 setup is:
235/40/18 on a Miro 18 x 8.5 ET35
255/40/18 on a Miro 18 x 9.5 ET40

I had run these with both on my M3 and my prior 335.

Just haven't tired above with my LCI E90 yet for Winter.
I did a test fit, but didn't drive it yet.

Hope they will fit. Hate to sell and start over.
