Can you guys recommend a 225/40/18 tire for around $130 or less?
Hey guys i'm looking at getting new tires on my b5 a4 and just wanted to get your guys opinion.
I'm currently running 225/40/18 nankang tires on a 7.5 rim. My car is fairly low and I'm affraid it will rub in the front if i go with a meatier tire. I'd like to spend around $130 a tire as this car runs through tires pretty quickly, and I have a 335i with Micheline pilot sports for fun anyways. So I'm looking for a tire with a fairly high tread wear rating (current tire 340) and I live in Cali so i can even get away with using a summer tire all year round. Also, im looking to purchase through tirerack. thanks for the Input guys! |

i never tried, but ppl have said the Achilles ATR Sport tires are pretty good considering their price... should be in the low 100s for the 18s youre looking for too. |

I found this deal at a local tire shop: FALKEN TIRE ZIEX ZE-912 for $110 per tire including mounting and balancing a good deal?
Im not sure if i want to deal with getting tires shipped to me and then paying a shop to mount/balance them. |
