Question FALKEN FK - 452's

I just installed these tires on my car and was wondering how well they actually perform on the road? I am interested in hearing from those with actual experience driving on them. How are they in dry/wet conditions, cornering, WOT etc......

I have about 300 miles on them so I haven't had the opportunity to push the car like I want until they break-in. So far, they are a lot better than stock run flats. They are a little noisy but which is understandable running low profile tires. They feel ok so far. I want to push the car more but I am not comfortable with these tires yet.

Wheel and Tire Specs:

Tires
FALKEN - FK452

235/35/19 (f)
265/30/19 (r)

Wheels - [M3 off sets in rear]
19X8.5 offset +30 (f)
19X10 offset +22 (r)

Thanks

452's are excellent in the dry and wet. They tramline a lot. Once they were getting pretty worn, they got a little more noisier.

I find mine very good in that regard.

Good grip dry/wet. Good wear. However, they are very loud --- annoyingly so, imo.

The tires tendency to follow road irregularities such as groove left by heavy trucks. Kind of fighting with your steering wheel to change lane or keep it going straight.

Like most have said, the FK's do pretty well in wet/dry traction. If you plan on doing a lot of spirited driving, I wouldn't recommend this tire.

Very Loud! Hard sidewall, they performed ok at the track but forget about straightline traction due to such a hard sidewall. Never had an issue in heavy rain, however, I felt safer with other summer tires. Once the tread went past 50% they took a turn for the worse....got even louder and traction was terrible.

Overall they are decent tires, but for the price I think there are some better options like V12's and DW's.

Im running these currently, and actually really like them. Ive got about 1500 miles on this set, for a Daily Driver they are great, and if you hit the canyons on the weekend - they turn and handle very well during spirited driving. Can't speak for the road noise though, My speakers and engine kill any hope of "quiet anything" anyway.
