Tpms All Went Off!!!

So today hopped in the car in the morning like usual and started it but *PING* me eye caught the dashboard and it say low tire pressure for all of the tires -_- so i really couldnt afford the time to make a good check but i hopped out and did a fast turn around the car and everything looked okay. So drove to school and everything felt fine after getting off i checked the psi with my digital tire gauge and the PSI looked fine all round. So only thing was left was maybe a nail in every tire or maybe someone slashed all my tires which i highly doubted but in the afternoon i took them off and all where okay.... So this is where im lost, are the tpms sensors jacked? or is there anything else i should consider!

mine had the low tire symbol and flashed "Invalid" the other day for a second. still unsure what it meant. It might have been a fluke, i wouldnt worry about it.

Re-adjust the tire pressure all around..reset the TMPS through the dash and see if it re-appears..are you just get the low pressure warning?

I was chasing an issue w mine..I would get a TMPS "inactive" light..and ended up replacing the sensors in the rear since they werent reading..hasnt appeared for a while but it still comes and goes..my last resort is gonna be to go to the dealer to reprogram the TMPS module. My thinking it could also be a bad trigger transmitter..

cold weather... as temps drop ... lowers the amount of air in tires thus setting off the TPMS.. if you drive for awhile the air will expand up to 4 to 5 PSI...

My driver side rear has been going off often recently. Some days it will act up for awhile, then stop for a few days to several weeks and go off again intermittently throughout the day. No holes/leaks in the tires and tire pressure is normal. Probably a messed up sensor too?

This could be the issue. Most generally experience this problem starting around now.

cold weather effectively reduces the volume of air in a tire, thus, your car reads low pressure. at this time of year, its a very good idea to check your tire pressure and make sure its where it should be.

Check your tire pressure and make sure it's all filled up accordingly. You can also reset your TPMS as well to see if that does the trick!

I just had the same thing happen to me. All my pressures are ok, but it says all 4 tires are low.

I just posted my own topic for this too...guess my search sucked.

Is this a CPO-able problem?

This isn't actually an electronical issue. You would just need to keep an eye out for the pressures when the temp. gets a bit cold.

Hmm...it's not really cold here though...I live in San Diego, CA. It's like 75 degrees all the time...

Plus, the warning light stays on all the time. It never turns off.
