FS: Queens: BRAND NEW Volk CE28 Time Attack 19x10.5!!!
Price 2800 pretty firm - not looking to ship
Can trade for 18" setup w or w/out tires +/- cash depending on what it is, but i am definitely looking for a LIGHT wheel. volk/advan go to the top of the list! Sizes 19x8.5 +35 19x10.5 +25 Can run on a e92 with a flat roll, but the tires would prob have to be 255 to avoid rubbing. Definitely easier to run on an e90 sedan or any m3 without modification. Ok so I grabbed a brand new set of these local yesterday and got my coilovers installed at the shop. Was going to throw my 275's on here but realized it will be impossible for me to fit and I don't want to run excessive camber + get smaller tires. They are brand new, including center caps, stickers, hub centric rings, boxes everything. tires have never been mounted. Just put up one wheel against the hub to see where it lines up against the fender and took it off. never even bolted down. |

lol they aren't going anywhere just yet. im going on a mini weekend getaway tomorrow for my gf's bday. next week the car goes into the bodyshop and the week after i'd like to get it set up and ready to go. so if they don't sell, ill just keep em and try to get them to fit. i just really wanna run some decent rubber. at least 265 w/o rubbing

Hey David,
It's Warren... They won't fit even with a 265 tire. I used to run a 19x10et22 rear with a 265 and that was JUSTT perfect on my rolled e90. Warren

Damn. I guess it's a good thing I didn't get those Volks TE37 with 19x10.5 ET25 in the rear. The seller kept saying it will fit with a slight camber and a 265 in rear -_-
I just want 10.5" in the rear is that too much to ask What are you lowered on? Is it slammed? I kind of wan to test these on my rear like you did with he rim and see how far out it would stick with my fender roll.

Installed kw v2 yday and even at the highest setting on the rear it's pretty damn low
I think it'll 100% go with a 255 but 265 will have to run some camber and get it to go. It's def an aggressive wheel, but my fenders are rolled and pulled so I may try it today but I'm gonna be in a rush |

So, this thread is pretty much a feeler unless i get what im asking or very close to it. Otherwise, on tuesday, I am going to buy new 265's and go over to camber toe and get this thing all set up. I think it will work honestly. It's just that every 10mm on the tire counts. And to me, it doesn't make much sense to go from a 275 to a 265 or 255 on a WIDER rim. But even with that, I'd still be making out from a performance standpoint because these things are so eff'n light lol

I got the same wheels on but with 275 in rear and have a slight stretch, 265 is really going to stretch and with NYC/NJ roads the rears will prob get chewed up.

I think it really depends on the design of the tire you are putting on. Some tires just run wider and narrower than others. Sidewall designs are different etc. The wheel lip might stick out a bit, but the tires won't stretch TOO much.
10.5 = 266.7mm so a 265 contact patch is really not gonna be horrible. |

Will IMO, it will be tough. I got my fenders pulled and rolled yday and there's definitely decent room there for more wheel/rubber going from the +35 19x9.5 w 275 I have on now, but it will probably be cutting it close with a 275 on the 10.5. I'd be almost 100% sure its gonna rub unless you get pretty aggressive with the pull and obviously dial in some camber. you are gonna be compromising performance for looks etc.. If these don't sell, I'm gonna just get new tires and mount them up. 265's will work i think with a little bit of camber dialed in. Maybe -2.5 max on the rear will get it. I just wanna find the right 265 since they are not all the same

Oh damn I guess you decided against 265 on them? I was waiting on you to pull the trigger on the 10.5 rear te37s lol.

if you can have that area pulled out somehow just a little bit, i can see it working.
i think that's where the bumper guide is though. here is a photo posted by another member (nivedh) demonstrating what i mean. look how much room he has under the arch after rolling, and then there's nothing by the bumper |
