I just purchased this performance spoiler. It is brand new, and fits the trunk perfectly.

To be completely honest, I am very picky and unhappy with where it sits on the trunk. Compared to the OEM BMW spoiler it sits slightly lower, by about half an inch or so. Because of this I have purchased an OEM spoiler from BMW.

I've included pictures of the spoiler on my car. Keep in mind I was only getting a feel for how it fits, so I lightly attached it with two small pieces of 3M double sided tape. As you can see there aren't any fitment issues.

Yea I see what your talking about as for as where it sits on the trunk...

Where did you buy this from? e92lighting?
