New M5 or 650cab?

I am considering either the new M5 or a a new 650 cab.

I have been wavering from one to the other every other day.

Hesitation about 650 cab is its handling as compared to M5.
On the other hand, the M5 is a four door sedan and I already have a panamera turbo.

In relation to pricing, both is about the small ball park in my part of the world.

Any helpful views would be most appreciated.

The cars cannot be compared......
You already have a sports sedan. What you need is a grand cruiser for all those good days. Which is the 650. It is not much slower than the Porsche either.

Suggestion since you have the privilege to own two such great cars:
Sell the Porsche, buy both a 650 convertible and a M5.

Then you have the best GT convertible there is and by far the best sports sedan.

Good luck.

Isn't it too hot and humid in Singapore for a vert? I was there last week on business and it was very hot and humid. I can't imagine driving with the top down there.

Thanks for your advice. I have narrowed down to either the new 6 cab or coupe.

I cant decide between them. Never had a cab before and hence the temptation. Concern is whether I can live with the noise intrusion into the cabin. It also rains often in Singapore and I wonder if rain drops falling on the cloth roof would be noisy.

Am also thinking of adding the B&O system. But hesitate that it may be a waste in the cab given that it is not an insulated environment to appreciate the sound.

Any thoughts on the above?

Cheers,

Cheers,
I hear that the cab is very well insulated, so it may not be of an issue, but Id always choose the coupe since the cab is quite an overweight

With top up it's very quiet,
it's just that it doesn't feel so 'enclosed' or 'concealed' as a coupe or a sedan because there's a just little bit of outside feel coming from back passenger area.

Rain dropping sound on the roof is a very unique and pleasant experience. Enjoy it!
(and it's not that nosiy either)

Don't worry about the sound escaping the car;
The audio is good both top up AND down,
the quality of sound doesn't dissappear or feel less just because it's less insulated or opened; Open atmosphere has it's own attracts listening to music.
And don't give the chance to regret later for an option you chose not to take

And besides, you live in a tight and packed city like I do;
It's really exciting and flattering to drive top down, making all the people turn their heads.

Happy shopping!!
