Well, I want $350 for the roof rack system (with two bike holders included). I am not sure how much shipping will cost you. I do not have the boxes, but I do have the books and all keys and tools.

Yes it will.

All you need to do is to adjust the width. Mine was from e90 and fits perfectly.
