There's lots to consider, so I would check vendors websites to see what looks best to you that also wont break the bank. From my experience, the best of the best in terms of not breaking the bank, but still getting you a great wheel would be as mentioned before, VMR and Avant Garde wheels. Good luck on the search!

Look in the classifieds, plenty of quality used wheels there with tires. If you want new, you might have a hard time finding decent ones under 2000 with tires.
I say talk to **********s for a good deal. In the spring I'm planning on getting some vmr vb3s or v710s from them with tires. |
