I want to know how they looked? and If they are $700 per wheel or for the set of 4.

they are $700 for the set. "All E9X M3 Style Wheels are sold in set of 4. At this time only staggered sets are available."

I've never experienced the wheels first hand so i can't comment on that.

off topic, but is that website legit? (if you ever bought something from there) because they have some cheap stuff.

The E9X M3 style wheels are a great choice as it does feature a more aggressive and sporty design, while still maintaining an OEM look. The price of $659.80 does reflect the price per set of 18" wheels. If you go to the drop down menu, you'll notice that the price does increase to $859.80 if you're going for the 19" setup.
