Need LED reverse lights for my LCI e92

A lot of vendors don't carry them....
Anyone carry them? Also, if you could sling a deal for the over-all LED conversion (interior + side marker + license plate, etc)

For the reverse LEDs, hit up LuxAngelEyes (same guy who makes the Lux Angel Eyes)
http://www.luxangeleyes.com/products

For the Interior kit, side marker, and license plate lights, hit up HighPerformanceBulbs. I have done a review of their products--check under my posts. If you go to the vendor section, look for the TopGearSolutions thread, and send them a PM. If you want the brightest kit, bar-none, then ask for the "Ultimate" kit (uses modules in the trunk, footwells, and under-doors rather than just replacement bulbs), and if you want the best dome lights around, wait about a week for the new dome light to come in--it will be significantly better (not just brightness, but light distribution) than the solution available now. Oh and the price is absolutely fantastic

i can vouch for the LUX reverse lights. I have them on my E92, they are very bright, and seem well made. Ive had them since they were released.

there is one caveat that is not clearly mentioned with them though...
When you start your car up, they will "strobe" for 10 seconds while the car sends voltage to the lights to check them. Makes starting the car in public at night somewhat embarrassing. There is hope though. You can have the car coded and they can deactivate the reverse lamp bulb check and they will no longer flash.. So it cost me an extra $40 on top of the lights to have them work properly. i wasnt thrilled to make this discovery.

That said, the lights work very well, they are very bright and they make backing up much safer.

here is a short clip of my Lux reverse lights flashing, its a bit brighter in real life.

If you need an LED package you can hit me up and I can throw you a few options.
We have a full interior kit with 2 options (see my thread in my signature).
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...8#post10591078

We have 2 styles of Front LED Blinkers one with 23 LED and one with a 7 watt cree (brightest in the industry)
http://www.highperformancebulbs.com/bmwfrtusibu.html

1 Style for Side markers
http://www.highperformancebulbs.com/bmwe9ledsiup.html
and
2 styles for LED license plate lights the better style being a completely replaced module.
http://www.highperformancebulbs.com/e90ande92lip.html

Our reverse led blinkers wont fit the E92 LCI but the Lux will. We have one for the PRE-Lci.

Again, we can work out a package deal just let me know what you want.

OH and must of all the lighting is all error free and wont trip any lights.

if you swap out any incandescent bulb that is bulb checked by the cars system, the LED will flash whenever that bulb location is checked by the car. you can have the the bulb check for that specific light turned off, thus fixing the flashing issue.

Not a problem.

All the BMW lighting stems from one link on HPB which is here :

Jeff, do any of your bulbs/modules flicker due to the bulb check as mentioned in this thread?

So specifically which lights are bulb checked?

I'm planning to get the following from HPB:
-reverse, side marker and turn signal LED bulbs
-trunk, courtesy and license plate LED modules

I would have to code out each one of these to prevent blinking?

The bulb check is part of the OEM software, so only way to avoid a bulb check is to code it out. There is no LED bulb you can buy that avoids the check as the check is in the car's system.

Email that company for international shipping prices.

No interior lights have a "bulb check flicker" only exterior.

On your typical exterior LED the bulb check is not as noticeable as compared to the LUX reverse lights which are super bright.

Bulb check isnt a big deal as many make it out to be. Its a few seconds and if you blink you miss it.

10 seconds is hardly "in the blink of an eye".

heres another, i guess you would call this 'hardly noticeable" too?

it looks downright sloppy

nice lights though once they're fired up...
