E90 Winter setup, will it work?
I've searched the net and forums high and low and found nothing, said screw it and bought it all anyways...
Tirerack has a killer deal on a Blizzak LM-25's 225-40/19 ($125 each). Wanting a set of 19's for awhile so I ended up with a set of AG M310's @ 19x8.5 et 35 square. I figure come summer when I have to buy summer tires , I'll end up purchasing some spacers at the same time (suggestions on which sizes also appreciated). Grand total of $1500 shipped, being married a little subterfuge was necessary to have the wife on board, so I used the good deal of the blizzaks to score the rims. The real question is whether this will backfire on me... Will an '07 e90 335i be able to run 225/40-19's on these 19x8.5 et35 AG's? I'm sure the rear is fine but it's the front I have my doubts about. Anyone run a 40 profile on 19's? Gary from tirerack called after I placed my order to ask if I was sure if they would fit and since then I've been living in doubt.. |
