City lights/angel eyes
Bought these from Modbargins and having nothing but problems going on my third set and now waiting for refund.
Anyone have these before? Also there are not that bright anyone have better suggestions? I have 07 e92

Your best bet would be "LUX angel eyes" if your looking for something bright and visible during the day. Also, There is a thread here that compares angel eyes, you will find lots of useful info there.

LUX H8 V3 - only ones that work error-free on the early 07's, and they work extremely well. I had a similar bad experience with the "City Lighting" LED units. You don't get what you don't pay for, apparently.

+1 for Lux best bang for the buck. Next step up is going the OSS route.
