Pre-LCI to LCI Conversion

Hey guys, I have a pre-lci E90 with some front end damage. To make a long story short I need a new hood and new bumper. I want to use the LCI hood and LCI M-Tech bumper. Other than the two kidney grills is there anything else that's different between them? Are the hood brackets and hardware all the same?

op, yes.. you won't need the headlights. as far as the hardware goes... you should contact people who have done it before. i'm pretty sure all the stuff line up just fine.
