What exactly are those? The difference I see in the two pics are fog delete and ARYKM style front lip (which isn't in the last picture). Are you selling fog delete trim?

Yes. Fog delete in favor of finned inserts and improved ducting, which look better and increase airflow to the oil cooler.

Then buy these:

OEM BMW 335is lower finned grille supports, inserts, and ducts. Bought from Tischer. Looks aggressive as hell. $200 shipped.

FYI, you have to remove the front bumper cover, but it's very basic stuff. These units have been slightly modified to fit non-IS models. Will only fit m-sport models.

Also have color-matched AW painted reflectors in excellent shape for $45 shipped.

You ordered these from Tischer BMW/getbmwparts.com? Have you sold them yet? If not I would like to buy them from you.

No. You can leave the foglights in their sockets and zip-tie them securely the the frame behind the bumper. If you left the sockets empty, it would trigger a light.. but there's no reason why one would do that.
