What exactly are those? The difference I see in the two pics are fog delete and ARYKM style front lip (which isn't in the last picture). Are you selling fog delete trim?

Yes. Fog delete in favor of finned inserts and improved ducting, which look better and increase airflow to the oil cooler.

I know is made for LCI buy I wonder if there's a way to make this work on Pre-LCI.

I mean I am assuming LCI and pre LCI mtech are different, if they're not of course it will fit. I'd say look into it and let me know if youre interested dude

No. You can leave the foglights in their sockets and zip-tie them securely the the frame behind the bumper. If you left the sockets empty, it would trigger a light.. but there's no reason why one would do that.
