OEM Wheels in Gloss Black from Factory?

I was told that BMW is now offering the OEM wheels on the 1 M in Gloss Black direct with a BMW Part number, does anyone have any more info or a part number, pricing, that can reflect on this?

36-11-2-284-150 per the wheel I saw at a dealer in birmingham.
