it's an awesome pen. i carry mine all the time. i never leave it on the table at work cuz i know the min i turn away it'll be gone!

Not sure, I bought my car outright in 2009 (every year I have gotten something from BMW USA)

nope...those are ballpoint twist and the pen above is a rollerball with cap.
