Fs: 2010 E92 M3
http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=619027 The price includes the 6% Florida sales tax, and then when you register it here you will pay HST 13% - 6% Florida sales tax to bring you to a net amount of 7% tax upon registering the vehicle. (This will make more sense when you read the posted link). Thanks for looking, car in garaged in Oakville. |

***I am in no way trying to be an ass here, just helping you out****
To import this car to Canada there will be several additional fees. and no, florida sales tax will not cover any provincial or federal taxes (Canada). please have a look at this link to a thread i participated in: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthr...porting+canada To sum up: 1- The vehicle needs to be exported from the USA (paperwork) 2- This car will need to be processed through Customs Canada (CBSA) prior to ever seeing the provincial registrar. The new owner will be responsible for converted Canadian value plus: a/c fee RIV fee 6.1% duties 5% GST -then applicable provincial sales tax (or HST) The taxes your uncle paid for the car in Florida will not count.
