M3 Replica Bumper Vs. M-Tech Bumper
Hi Guys,
I am a little confused on which one to get and just looking for a little insight.. I am contemplating between the M3 replica bumper and the m-tech bumper. For the M3 replica, can you guys tell me what lips or splitters can be used? Would they be the non-m parts or the the m3 ones for this bumper? Do you guys know where I can get the best deal on an M-tech replica? Thanks for your help in advance. |

I used to like the Mtech front until my girlfriend said it looked like a smiley face.....that killed it for me. The M3 replica is half the price and looks very aggressive! There is a lip from JL Motoring for it as well. I am ordering the M3 replica next week!!

There are currently no splitters or lips that fit on the E92 M3 style front bumpers. There is a CF Front lip that does work with the E90 M3 style front bumpers as pictured above. Here's another picture for you guys to check out as well!

You can purchase the air ducts from any racing shop. We used a local shop here in San Diego and piped it ourself. Once we get our car back from the dealership I will post the pictures!

The m3 rep only looks good on the e90 3er. Other than that it would just look like a poser m3. Fog deleted looks way cleaner as well.

for an e92 i'd take the performance front bumper hands down, (if LCI).
if you're going for a sedan i'd go LCI mtech with splitters > M3 rep tied with Mtech preLCI
