Where to get vinyl for trim?
Alright, I\'m sure this has been asked before but I can\'t search on my phone, where do you guys get vinyl trim for windows? I\'m going GLOSS black, what\'s the best and where do you get it?

Not bmwshadowline that's for sure.
I get 12" wide rolls to wrap people's trim. eBay or local sign shop. You could get scotchprint but I hate the fact that you can see the adhesive grid through the vinyl. |

If you can see the gridlines on the back of the vinyl, that is the old version of the scotchprint vinyl. Now, 3M made it so there is a regular adhesive backing without the gridlines so they do not show through.

You say no to bmwshadowline but why? I've seen mixed reviews on it so far.

Nope. I don't use it remember.

I see they have more width sizes available now so I can't vouch for their stuff now. But when I worked with it, it was super thin and hard to lay down with out bubbles. The 3M vinyl I use is much easier to use. |
